Disney’s Magical Express
Delivers ‘Hassle-Free Travel’ for Disney Hotel Guests |

Walt Disney World has announced an innovative new service called Disney’s Magical Express which offers complimentary airport shuttle, luggage delivery and airline check in for Disney hotel guests*.
Disney’s Magical Express will allow guests to check their bags at their hometown airport,
bypass baggage claim at Orlando International Airport (OIA) and board luxury motor coaches to the Walt
Disney World Resort – as their bags “magically” appear in their room upon check in. The round-trip service,
which is available and complimentary during Disney’s Happiest Celebration on Earth event, is designed to give Disney hotel guests the stress-free vacation they want. |

Disney’s Magical Express service makes guests’ return to OIA hassle-free as well. This convenient system lets guests avoid airport check-in lines by enabling passengers on domestic flights** to check their luggage and
receive a boarding pass before departing their Disney hotel. As an added benefit, guests with flight departures
later in the day no longer have to worry about their luggage after they check out of their hotel. They can simply check their luggage at the Resort Airline Check-in Desk
and then enjoy the last day of their stay. |

In addition to partners at OIA, Walt Disney World developed this innovative service in conjunction with
private and public sector leaders including: the Mears Transportation Group, the largest provider of ground transportation to the Walt Disney World Resort; BAGS Inc., the provider and innovator in off-airport
passenger check-in services for the hotel, convention, cruise and airline industries; ARINC Incorporated,
a leader in transportation communications and systems engineering; the Transportation Security
Administration; and airline partners.
*Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotel, the seven hotels on or near Hotel Plaza Boulevard and Shades
of Green are not included.
**Participating airlines include American, Continental, Delta, Song, United and Ted. Walt Disney World hopes
to add other air carriers to the resort airline check-in service in the near future.

How it works:
Booking Disney’s Magical Express service with a New Reservation:
Disney’s Magical Express service can be booked with any new package or room-only reservation.
Simply provide the following flight information at the time of booking:
- Originating/ connecting city into Orlando
- Departure Destination
- Airline Carrier
- Flight Number (arrival and departure)
Air transportation can be booked through the Walt Disney, but the service is available for most arrivals,
even if the air is booked direct with the carrier or through another channel.
Documentation
Twenty-one days prior to a guest’s arrival, an Airport Transportation Booklet containing general information
and luggage tags – to be attached prior to leaving home – will be mailed.
Arriving in Orlando
Clients will be met by a Disney representative upon arrival at Orlando International Airport and directed to
the Disney Welcome Center located on Level One/A side of the airport.
Their specially-tagged luggage will be retrieved behind the scenes and delivered to their Disney Resort room.
Returning Home
Clients will be notified of their motor coach pick up time the day prior to check-out. The motor coach pick up
time is approximately 2¾ hours prior to flight departure.
After checking out on the day of departure, clients can board motor coach transportation to the airport outside
at the entrance to the Resort. Transportation is available around the clock, seven days a week, based on flight schedules.
Guests on outbound flights with domestic service provided by American, Delta (including Song), Continental,
and United (including Ted), and opting to take advantage of the remote check-in service will be able to check
their luggage and obtain their boarding pass every day between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the Resort Airline
Check-In Desk located in or near the lobby or outside at the entrance to the Disney Resort hotel. |
